A bursty Arcane build built around Arcane Blast stacks and free Missile Barrage procs.

Build Arcane Blast stacks.
Spend them on Arcane Missiles whenever Missile Barrage procs. It's free and twice as fast.
Weave in Arcane Wrath, which scales with your maximum mana.

Four stacks is huge damage but very expensive. On long fights, stop at 2 stacks and let them drop off before starting again.
Don't start a new pull with old stacks still up.

Pair Arcane Power with Presence of Mind for a big instant spell. Refill with Evocation and mana gems.
